Living Jennings’ mission and values is at the heart of our culture. We believe that quality care and satisfaction of those we serve are tied to our core values: respect, hospitality, community, discovery of potential and celebration life. Jennings’ Values Board is a place to celebrate our values. Each month we reflect on one of our core values through the creative work of a different group of staff members. The January 2016 value on display is celebration of life. It features photos of the many ways individuals of all ages celebrate everyday life and special events at Jennings.

Valuing the discovery of potential
