Living Out Mission and Values

How does an organization live out its values? At Jennings, we know that our high quality care and the satisfaction of those we serve is closely tied to workplace culture. We are proud that everyone on the Jennings campus takes pride in the principles of our mission and values. Jennings mission and values are more than just a statement or a management tactic—they are a living and interactive part of everyday life.
